The Arboricultural Impact Assessment is a comprehensive report that will outline any conflicts between the proposed design and existing trees and hedgerows. Any requirement for tree removal will be identified and where appropriate, recommendations will be made for suitable tree protection methods.
Arboricultural Method Statements
The Arboricultural Method Statement will list aspects of the proposed development which have the potential to adversely impact adjacent trees, and will detail appropriate methodologies for how the works are to be undertaken in ways that would minimise those impacts. The method statement is intended as a detailed working document for site operatives.

This report can usually only be provided once a sufficient level of construction detail is available, e.g. for detailed design, and may be conditioned following planning approval.
