Tree Constraints Plans

The tree constraints plan, along with the survey schedule, will be provided to you as the minimum output from the initial survey.

The constraints plan will identify the tree and hedgerow locations either by using a provided topographical survey or GPS from our own survey software. The plan will include an accurate representation of the crown spread coloured according to BS5837 categories. It will show the extent of root protection areas (RPAs) of all trees which should be a material consideration in the design process and can be used to guide design proposals.
